3. •No written report is produced.  Geometra does a walkthrough, usually with the prospective buyer and the realtor, and verbally notes the observable condition of the home and any apparent major issues of concern.

      1.  Major defects.  Example: a structural failure

      2.  Things that lead to major defects.  Example: a small roof flashing leak

      3.  Things that may hinder your ability to finance, legally occupy, or insure the home.  Example: an inactive oil tank that has not been decommissioned.

      4.  Safety Hazards.  Example:  The absence of a stair railing, or reversed polarity in an electrical outlet

1. •Pre inspections/Walkthroughs are performed in a shorter time frame.
   

2. •Pre Inspections/Walkthroughs can be expanded into a Full Home Inspection at a later date with the cost of the Pre Inspection/Walkthrough applied to the Full Home Inspection fee.
